Ben McCutchin, an Executive Vice President at Younger Partners, specializes primarily in acquiring and selling extensive land and ranch properties, boasting a career dating back to 1967.
In the 1970s, Ben, alongside his brothers, played key roles in developing and managing Pepper Square Shopping Center and Pepper Square Apartments, that were eventually sold in the 1990s. During the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport’s construction, he facilitated property acquisitions and sales in the Irving area, leading an investor group in obtaining land near the new airport. Ben also personally acquired, developed, and operated two horse ranches, later sold to other breeders or subdivided into residential lots.
His vast experience includes serving as a trustee for over one hundred investor group properties, and his community involvement extends to creating and serving on the board of a municipal levee district (MUD) in Irving, Texas. Ben has also served on the Board of Directors of various local companies and banks, earning recognition among business, real estate, and oil professionals in the Dallas and Fort Worth community.
