David is a Senior Vice President at Younger Partners and is dedicated to assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of land for investment, development, or owner/user purposes. He leverages his extensive professional background to thoroughly comprehend his clients’ real estate objectives and diligently works towards achieving them. David’s broad-ranging real estate expertise encompasses various land uses, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and single-family subdivisions across Central and North Texas.
Before joining Younger Partners, David was a part of Novus Realty Advisors, where he began his tenure in 2016 before the eventual merger with Younger Partners in 2017. His pivotal career move occurred in 2012 when he earned his real estate agent license. Prior to venturing into the real estate sector, David cultivated his expertise in the construction and software industries, endowing him with a distinct and invaluable perspective in his current role.
