John St. Clair

Experience John began his real estate career with Sherwood Blount and Company Realtors in 1986. In 1989 he joined A. Ray Utley and Company Realtors and was an associate there until 1993 when this firm joined Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. After 20+ years with Henry S. Miller, Mr. St. Clair made the decision to join Novus Realty Advisors, LLC which led to the merger with Younger Partners in 2017. He entered the real estate market in 1986 and has concentrated on land transactions during his career. Mr. St. Clair’s responsibilities have included exclusive marketing of commercial, retail, multi-family, industrial, single-family and mixed-use tracts. Buyer representation and development evaluations are also within his capabilities. In addition, John has sold over 10,000+ acres of speculative land tracts in the Collin, Cooke, Grayson and Hunt Counties.
