Experience Luke Nolan is a Senior Associate at Younger Partners and collaborates closely with both buyers and sellers in multifamily, industrial, single-family, and mixed-use land transactions across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In addition to this, Luke actively scours the market for retail opportunities, not only in Texas but also in the broader Sun Belt region, catering to the needs of tenants, developers, and investors. Since joining the firm, Luke has established himself as an adept and skilled member of the company’s commanding land division. His ability to deliver advantageous opportunities for clients and act as a liaison during negotiations and eventual transactions has consistently yielded positive results. Before becoming a part of Younger Partners, Luke developed his expertise at Vaquero Ventures in Fort Worth, focusing on the acquisition and development of single-tenant retail assets. His journey in the commercial real estate field began immediately after graduating from Texas Tech with a double major in finance and management. Beyond his professional endeavors, Luke is actively involved in his community, serving on the Recent Alumni Board at the Rawls Business School and the Jesuit Dallas Young Alumni Board.
