Michael Ytem

Experience Michael Ytem is a Senior Vice President in Younger Partners’ land division where he focuses on development land and long-term holds. Michael’s knowledge of core requirements, analytical skills, and ability to solve difficult assignments has been an ongoing benefit to clients. A consistent top producer at the company and industry award-winner, he has brokered more than 800 acres totaling approximately $92 million involving some of the most challenging land sites in North Texas. Beginning his commercial real estate career in 2014, Michael obtained transactional experience across several asset classes at Henry S. Miller. He later joined Novus Realty Advisors and transacted with both local investment groups and larger entities such as Richardson ISD and Frito-Lay/Pepsi Company. Michael is a servant leader who exudes the passion to make a positive impact both inside the office and in the Dallas/Fort Worth community. He is involved with the Sunday Project, a grassroots effort to provide haircuts, coats, meals, water and other essentials to individuals in need throughout the year. An avid fundraiser for a cause, Michael also consistently contributes to organizations like North Texas Food Bank, American Heart Association, Community Partners of Dallas, Salvation Army, and various school and church groups.
