Preston Fleenor is an Associate with the Industrial team at Younger Partners, specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He brings a strong background in business development and client relations, having consistently exceeded performance goals during his time at Fortinet, where he managed key accounts and drove strategic growth initiatives for mid-market companies.
In addition to his sales experience, Preston has hands-on real estate knowledge from managing a family-owned portfolio of commercial and residential properties. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri, where he was also a member of the Men’s Golf Team.
