Steve Grant is Managing Director of Retail Sales and Leasing at Younger Partners, bringing more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate investment, brokerage, leasing, and development. With a strong retail focus and an owner minded perspective, Steve leads the firm’s retail platform with an emphasis on execution and results for property owners and tenants.
Prior to joining Younger Partners, Steve founded SLG Commercial in 2017, a Dallas Fort Worth based firm focused on acquiring, operating, and repositioning value add shopping centers. Through SLG Commercial, he successfully acquired, managed, and exited multiple retail investments while also providing brokerage and development services to local and international clients throughout the region. Earlier in his career, Steve worked at the Billingsley Company where he focused on leasing and development for an 850,000 square foot retail portfolio, closing more than 100,000 square feet of leases and contributing to multiple ground up retail developments.
At Younger Partners, Steve will lead the growth of the retail sales and leasing division, drawing on his background in retail acquisitions, leasing strategy, and value creation. His operator mindset and transactional experience strengthen the overall platform and enhance the firm’s ability to deliver integrated solutions and long-term results for clients.
